Denpasar – Commander of Regional Military Command (Pangdam) IX/Udayana Maj. Gen. TNI Sonny Aprianto, S.E., M.M., held Leadership Hours via video conference (Vidcon) to all Dan/Ka Units of Kodam IX/Udayana, located in Yudha Room Puskodalopsdam IX/Udayana, Jalan Udayana No. 1, Denpasar City, Bali Province, Tuesday (20/12/2022).
In his attention, the Pangdam conveyed an evaluation of the activities that had been carried out by all units of the Kodam IX/Udayana throughout 2022 including prominent activities or programs from the Kodam IX/Udayana, one of which was the clean water hydram pump program and agricultural hydram pumps.
“The hydram pump program is aimed at helping people overcome difficulties and improve their health due to stunting and improve their economy,” said the Pangdam.
Regarding the evaluation of work programs throughout 2022 starting from the Planning Sector to the Territorial Sector. The Pangdam reminded that each Commander/Head of Unit should continue to do their best, be accountable, capable and professional in supporting the main task of TNI AD and provide their best service to the community and support local governments in their respective areas in an excellent manner.
Furthermore, the Pangdam reminded all Dan/Ka Units to increase Commander Hours in their respective units as a means of attention and interactive/communicative communication regarding the condition and condition of their members. So that the function of working relations and closeness with members can be known and prevent violations that can damage the image of the TNI AD.
Then, the Pangdam also alluded to the acceptance of prospective TNI AD soldiers, so that all ranks of the Kodam IX/Udayana, especially staff in charge of improving the implementation of creative campaign activities and providing guidance to recruit prospective TNI AD Soldiers for the 2023 year according to the expectations of the TNI AD leadership and can be accounted for.
“Avoid brokering, because the acceptance of TNI AD Soldiers is free of charge (free). Therefore, prepare prospective TNI AD Soldiers, both physically, mentally and intellectually,” said the Pangdam.
To end the Leadership Hour, the Pangdam reiterated to each Dan/Ka Unit to continue to support and carry out the Kasad’s flagship programs such as the TNI AD and the stunting program assistance (cooperation with BKKBN), as well as other superior programs that have been determined by the TNI AD.
“Maximizing the use of the E-Praja Raksaka application as a form of reporting on the development of the situation and territorial development programs as well as the superior programs of the Indonesian Army, so that it can be seen to what extent these programs can be implemented,” said the Pangdam.
The Leadership Hour was attended by Irdam IX/Udy, Sahli Pangdam IX/Udy Bid. Jemen Sishaneg, Asrendam IX/Udy, Assistants to Kasdam IX/Udy, Kapendam IX/Udy, and also followed through Vidcon by all Danrem of Kodam IX/Udy, the Dandim and all Danyons of Kodam IX/Udy. (Pendam IX/Udy)
